Pauri(पौड़ी) is a famous tourist destination in Uttarakhand but one of the most popular cities of the Garhwal region. Pauri is a breathtaking city in the Himalayas. As it is said right, Pauri is a hidden treasure and it offers one of the beautiful sunset points in the Himalayas. Pauri is situated on the northern slopes of Condoleya Hills, at an altitude of 1814 meters above sea level.This city offers some spectacular views to explore the snow-covered mountains, local people's warm hospitality and dense forests. Delhi - Haridwar - Rishikesh - Devprayag - Pauri
Delhi - Meerut - Kotdwar - Jwalpa Devi - Pauri

Kotdwar(कोटद्वार) serves as the nearest railroad to Pauri. Kotdwar is well connected by some of the major cities of the country. Kotdwar is well connected with motorized roads with many parts of the state.Surrounded by some old temples, Kandoliya Deity Temple is one of the most popular temples in the region. Located on Pauri-Lansdowne Road, Kandoliya Temple is just 2 km from the main city. This place is also famous for the sunset scenes. kankaleshwar, Nagdev, bhubaneswar vaari Temple, Sita Mata Temple in Pauri are some of the attractions. It is believed that this temple is sacred by many devotees.
