Bhimtal Lake in Nainital Uttarakhand

Bhimtal Lake is produced in the city of uttarakhand in Bhimtal India. It is known as the largest lake in the country's actual lake district with an island in the center. It is located at an altitude of 1706 meters above sea level. This place is known for the pleasant and healthy climatic conditions throughout the year. In addition to the rich variety of gardens and orchards, snow-covered mountains also help to enhance the beauty of this place. However, due to the wide range of fruits present in this place, it is commonly known as Hill Fruit Mart.


Kainchi Dham Temple

Kainchi Dham, Ghorakhal and Bhimeshwar Temple complex are other popular picnic spots in the vicinity of this lake. Kainchi Dham is located on Almora road and it is known for its pilgrimage location. It is also known for the famous temple Neem Karoli Baba built in the twentieth century and it is constructed at an altitude of 1400 meters.Every year thousands of visitors visit the temple. Ghorakhal is known for the temple of Lord Golla. The Sainik School of the city is also very popular among visitors. Bhimeshwar Temple, situated on the banks of the lake, is another attraction of that place. It is believed that Bhima visited this temple during the exile.
